Updated rooms overall with onsuite bathrooms. Ideal setting in a quiet area. Warm welcome from host.

City views: From the apartment's terrace, I felt like I had my own personal panoramic TV screen, showcasing the vibrant energy of the city. It was the perfect backdrop for my morning coffee and an evening glass of wine.

Shower: The shower in the bathroom had a mind of its own, playing a game of "let's soak everything except the person showering. " It would be great if the water could stay in its designated area without creating a mini-pool in the bathroom.

Place was luxury and next to Church of the Holy Cross. Pretty quiet area, ideal location in a quiet area. Such great experience with suggestions on where to go during our short stay, nothing too much trouble...

Nothing it was perfect!

The modern and fully equipped apartment made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the vibrant Old Town. The bakery on the main floor was a good bonus, and having a mini-market nearby was convenient. We also appreciated the host's accommodating nature, as they allowed us to drop off our bags early and were available for any inquiries. The apartment was immaculate and had all the necessary amenities, including a functional kitchen and a washing machine. We had a fantastic time exploring Split during the day and coming back to this cozy apartment at night. we highly recommend this accommodation.

My children wanted a bit more attention to cleanliness, specifically the floor tiles that appeared quite dirty.

The apartment was impressive and had all the facilities we needed for a short stay. The modern design and amenities made our stay comfortable and convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary fruit and wine left by the host, adding a nice touch to our arrival. The location of the apartment was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and convenient transportation options.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par. The floor tiles were very dirty, which made us feel uncomfortable walking barefoot or sitting on the floor.

The apartment at New Apartment Parkview/Cityview in Split was absolutely stunning! The city views from the terrace were breathtaking. I loved the cozy seating area where I could relax and watch the satellite TV after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven was perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them in the dining area. The private bathroom with its bidet and free toiletries made me feel indulged and pampered. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided great entertainment during my stay. The air conditioning in the apartment kept me cool and comfortable even on hot summer days. The tile/marble floor gave the apartment a luxurious touch.

Personally, I found the dishwasher in the kitchen unnecessary, but others might find it useful.

We were blown away by our stay at this jaw-dropping apartment! Everything was super, from the spotless and modern design to the well-equipped kitchen with all the cookware and utensils we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the heart of the city. The apartment assistant was incredibly helpful and even carried our luggage up the stairs for us. The hosts were so thoughtful, leaving a fruit bowl and bottle of wine for us. We also loved having the option to relax in the outdoor dining area and enjoyed the amenities like the flat-screen TV and air conditioning. we couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!
